Subject: Withdrawal of application
Jim Campbell
On behalf of Cingular Wireless, we would like to formally withdraw application PA 2002 -047
for a use permit for a wireless telecommunications facility at 1601 Marguerite Avenue.
The reason for this request is to allow for a redesign of the proposal that will allow it
to meet the city's height restrictions.
As such, the following change will be made. The overall height will be reduced, with the
highest point of the proposed structure at 34.6 feet, the midpoint at 32 feet and the
lowest point at 29.6 feet. Upon completion of these changes, we will submit the revised
plans for an administrative planning review.
Thank you again for your assistance, as this helps a great deal in allowing us to meet
Cingular's goal in providing excellent wireless service to it's customers in an efficient
manner.
Thanks,
Paul Kim
