;WHEREAS the said City Attorney has duly made his report
and rendered his opinion upon the same.

objections and appeals and of said report and opinion of said
City Attorney, this Board finds that the said protest, objection
and appeal of the said john icing, .villa wing, and :dna R. Berg-
eson was not filed within 30 days after the date of the assessment
and warrant of the Street Superintendent of the said city, and
therefore cannot be considered as an appeal from the acts and de-
termination of said Street Superintendant in regard to said assess-
ment, and that the said protests, objections and appeals signed by
the said xrmma 11. `iibbet,jonathan gibbet, ;.aud u. Tudor and , y.
Stevens were filed within a period of 30 days after the date of
saki warrant and assessment, and that they should be considered as
appeals from the acts and determinations of the Street Suioerii ?-
tendant in levying the assessments upon the property of said ap-
pellants.
