4 NEWPORT BEACH ADOPTING A CERTAIN PLAN SHOWING CRADES
AND CURB LINES OF G STREET, I STREET, L STREET, M
5 STREET, CHANNEL ROAD, CENTRAL AVENUE, PLAZA DEL NORTE,
PLAZA DEL SUR, 4IRAMAR DRIVE, OCEAN BOULEVARD AND ALL
6 ALLEYS WITHIN SAID CITY, AS SAID STREETS AND ALLEYS
ARE LAID OUT AND SHOWN UPON A MAP OF TRACT NO. 518 AS
7 RECORDED IN MISCELLANEOUS MAPS BOOK 179 PAGES 33, 34,
35 AND 36, RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALIFORNIA.

9 The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do re-
10 solvo as follows:
11 That the following plan prepared by the City Engineer of

6 12 said City showing grades and curb lines on certain streets and alleys

W Central Avenue, Plaza Del Norte, Plaza Dal Sur, Miramar Drive, Ocesn

U Boulevard and all alleys 30 feet in width and establishing official
19 grades on all alleys 20 feet in width on all those portions of said
20 above described streets and alleys as said streets and alleys are laic
21 out and shown upon a Map of Tract No. 518 as recorded in Miscellaneous
22 Maps, Book 17, Pages 33, 34, 35 and 36, Records of Orange County,
23 California" be and the same is hereby adopted as the plan of the
24 grades and location of curb lines of said streets and alleys.
25 I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution being Resolu-
