A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE CITY OF NEWPORT BRACH DIRECTING CER-
TAIN WORK OR IMPROVEMENT TO BE DONE UNDER
THE DIRECTION OF THE CITY ENGINEER OF SAID
CITY.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve as follows:
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport
Beach did on the ;7/ day of January, 1924, pass a Resolution
No. .0 83 ordering the improvement of certain portions of 14th
Street, Broad Street, San Bernardino Avenue and Ocean Drive,
within said City, under the Improvement Act of 1911, and the
amendments to said act;
AND WHEREAS, said Board desires that said work be done
under the direction of the City Engineer;
NOT THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of
Newport Beach hereby resolve and direct that the aforesaid work
shall be done under the direction of the City Engineer, and the
materials used shall comply with the specifications and be to the
satisfaction of the City Fngineer, instead of the Superintendent
of Streets.
Passed by the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport
