SAID RITY.
rHFPFAS, Pursuant to statute the Superintendent of Streets of
the City of Newport Beach made and filed with the City Clerk of said
City on the 28th day of February, 1924, his assessment and diagram
for the improvement of certain portions of Santa Ana Avenue, Ocean
Drive, 12th Street and 14th Street in said City as described in
Resolution, of Intention No. 249, passed by the Board of Trustees of
said City on the 20th day of August, 1923, and
THFRFAS, notice was duly given in the nanner and form re-
qui.red by law for all interested persons to appear before the Board
of Trustees in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, at the hour
of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of Monday, the 17th day of March, 1924, and
show cause why the said Board of Trustees should not confirm said
assessment, and
THFRFAS, all interested persons having appeared before the
Board of Trustees and having been given full opportunity to show cause
why said assessment should not be confirmed, and all objections
presented having been heard and fully considered, now
BE IT RFSOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport
Beach as follows; -. .
That no cause has been shown why the said assessment should
not be confirmed;
00 THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach
does hereby approve and confirm the said assessment, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets of

the City of Newport Reach be and he is hereby authorized and directed
-� to attach a warrant to said assessment and record the same in the
manner and form required by law, and thereafter to deliver the same
to the contractor or its assigneee.
I hereby certify the-t the foregoing Resolution being Res-
olution No. Z , was duly and regularly introduced and passed by
the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach on the 17d__
