CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DIRECTING CERTAIN WORK
OR IMPROVEMENT TO BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECTION
OF THE CITY ENGIIMEER OF SAID CITY.

The Board of Trustees of the Cit y of Ne wport Beach do
resolve as follows:
MEREAS, the Bgard of Trustees of the City of Newport
Beach did, on the :day of� pass a Reso-
lution No. j Q2 , ordering the improvement of certain portions
of Coast Boulevard and certain other streets, avenues and alleys
within said City, and certain properties and rights -of -way owned
by said City, under the Improvement Act of 1911, and the Amend-
ments to said Act; and
MMEAS, said Board desires that said work be done under
the direction of the City Engineer; now
THEREFORE, the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport
Beach hereby itesolves and directs that the aforesaid work shall
be done under the direction of the City Engineer, and the materials
used shall comply with the specifications and be to the satisfac-
tion of the City Engineer instead of the Superintendent of Streets.
