A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD CF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NE;'r'PORT BEACH RESCINDING A CERTAIN
RESOLUTION FOR VACATING, CLOSING -UP AND ABAND-
ONING CERTAIN PORTIONS OF ABALONE AVENUE AND
CERTAIN ALLEYS IN BLOCKS 7,-8 and 9, of SECTION
5, BALBOA ISLAND, IN THE CITY OF NE17PCRT BEACH.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve as follows:
SECTION I.
That Resolution No. 315, passed by said Board of Trustees
on the 19th day of January, 1925, and Entitled, "A resolution of
the Board of -Trustees of the City of Newport Beach declaring its
intention to vacate, close up and abandon for public street pur-
poses certain portions of Abalone Avenue and certain alleys in
Blocks 8 and 9, of Section 5,-Balboa Island, within said City ", is
hereby rescinded so far as the same relates to the declaration of
intention to order the improvements therein described, and each end
all thereof, and all proceedings for said improvements, and each
and all of them are here abandoned.
