A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH CONFIRMING
THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CERTAIN
PORTIONS OF COAST BOULEVARD AND CERTAIN OTHER
STREETS, AVENUES AND ALLEYS WITHIN SAID.CITY,
BY SAID CITY.

WHEREAS, Pursuant to statute, the Superintendent of Streets
of the City of NEWPORT BEACH made and filed 7ith the
City Clerk of said City on the 11 th day of September
1925 , his assessment and diagram for the improvement of certain
portions of Coast Boulevard and certain other streets, avenues _
,
within said City, and certain pro erq is rights -of -way
i—s-Tescribed in Resolution of Intention No. 304
passed by the Board of Trustees of said City on the 26th day
of November , 1924 , and
WHEREAS, Notice was duly given in the manner and form re- •
quired by la!v for all interested persons to appear before the
Board of Trustees, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall, at the
hour of 7 :30 o'clock, P.M. of Mondu_
, the 28th
day of September 192 5 , and show cause mhy the said
Board of Trustees should not confirm said assessment, and
WHEREAS, All interested persons having appeared before this
Board of Trustees, and having been given full opportunity to show
oause why said assessment should not be confirmed, and all ob-
jections presented having been heard and fully considered, now
00 BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the City of
Newport Beach as follor�o :
That no cause has been sho:*n Thy the said assessment should
not be confirmed;

• THEREFORE, The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport

Beach does hereby approve and confirm the said assess-
ment, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets of
said City of Newport Beach be and he is hereby authorized
and directed to attach a warrant to said assessment and record the
same in the manner and form required by law, and thereafter to
deliver the same to the Contractor or its assignee.
