3 A Resolution by the Board of Trustees of the
city of Newport Beach, as the legislative branch
4 thereof, determining that the public int -rest and
aksm the public necessity demands the acquisition
5 by the city of Newport Beach of fire apparatus and
the construction by the city of Newport Beach of
6 a fire engine house,the cost of which will be too
great to be paid out of the ordinary annual income
7 and rF =venue of the city of Newport Beach.

20 The cost of the acquisition of said dire apparatus is
21 estimated to be the sum of $18,000.00,which sum will be too great t
22 be paid out of the ordinary annual income and revente of the city o
23 Newport Beach.
24 Section 3.
25 The pc;blic interest and also the public necessity demands
26 the construction by the city of Newport Beach ofa building for muni
27 cipal uses, consisting of a fire.engine house, in which to rouse,
28 keep, and protect the fire apparatus of said city.
29 Section 4.
30 The cost of the construction of said dire engine house is
31 estimated to be the sum of $12,000.00,which sum will be too great t
32 be paid out of the ordinary annual income and r =,venue of the city
of Newport Beach.

I The above and foregoing resolution No. 363 was padsed
2 at a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of
3 Newport Beach, as the legislative branch thereof, held the 11th
4 day of January, 1926 by the affirmative vote of the following
5 named two - thirds and more of all the members thereof, to -wit:
