This being the time set for hearing protests on assessments made covering the work done by the
Griffith Company on Corona Del Mar under Resolution of Intention No. 396, and no protests
having been filed, thereupon Councilman L. S. Wilkinson introduced a Resolution entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
CERTAIN PORTIONS OF SEAVIEW AVENUE, AND CERTAIN OTHER
STREETS AND AVENUES IN CORONA DEL MAR WITHIN SAID CITY.
The Resolution was read, considered, designated RESOLUTION NO. 440 and upon call of the
roll passed by the following vote:
Ayes, Trustees L. S. Wilkinson, Felix B. Modjeska, Fred W. Young, Harry H. Williamson.
Noes, Trustees NONE.
Absent, Trustees Conrad Richter.
