WHEREAS, pursuant to instructions, the City Attorney

of the City of Newport Beach has prepared a contract in which th

City of Newport Beach agreed to sell certain excess water of said
5
JOINT
City of Newport Beach to the SANTA ANAAOUTFALL SEXIER, upon the
6
conditions covenants and restrictions in said contract set forth;)

and

WHEREAS, said contract has been duly presented by sad
9
City attorney to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
10
for its acceptance and approval.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That that certain
12
13
contract made and entered into the day of March, 1930, by
and between the City of Newport Beach as the party of the first
14
15
part, and the SANTA ANA JOINT OUTFALL SEWER, as the party of the
16
second part, and wherein and whereby the City of Newport Beach
17
agrees to sell certain of its excess water upon certain condi-
18 I tions, restrictions and limitations to said party of the second
19 part, be and the same is hereby approved as written.
20 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City Clerk
