City Attorney Thompson presented the Lease with the Newport�
Harbor Unio h School District, which was considered, and on mot
of Councilman O1 seconded by Councilman Garfield and Garr , he

directing the City Attorney to proceed before the Railroad Commission for
a right -of -way at Orange Street. The Resolution was read, considered,
designated RESOLUTION NO. 724, and upon call of the roll was passed by
the following vote, to -wit:
AYES, Councilmen Hilmar, Claire,'Elleworth, Garfield, Johnson.
NOES, Councilmen None.
ABSENT, Councilmen None. '
There being no further business on motion of Councilman
