RESOLUTION N0. _
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the city of Newport Beach a certain license or lease
wherein the city of Newport Beach is referred to as the party of
the first part, and Frank Suttora is referred to as the party of
the second part; and
WHEREAS, said license agreement provides that the party of
the first part grants to the party of the second part the right
and privilege of using that certain wharf in the city of Newport
Beach which extends into and over the waters of Newport Bay, from
the northerly end of 26th Strdet in Newport Beach, which wharf is
used by the public for the purpose of fishing and other reorea-
tions, and being a portion of said wharf 5t x 171 at the south-
easterly corner of said wharf, for the purpose of erecting and
installing an electric hoist or winch, upon the terms and condi-
tions in said license agreement set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests and benefit of said City
that said license be granted.
NOW9 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Ci
Clerk of the city of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby in-
structed and authorized to execute said license agreement on
of the city of Newport Beach.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing resolution
duly and regularly passed and adopted by the city Council of the
city of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the
Aft day of 1934, by the following vote, to wit:
