RESOLUTION NO. _
WHEREAS, there has been presented to the city Council of
the City of Newport Beach a certain Conditional Sales Contract
wherein the city of Newport Beach agrees to purchase from
Theodore Robins, one Ford standard Tudor, together with two (2)
spot lights, 1 police radio and 1 police generator installed,
all for the sum of $828.88, said sum to be paid in three equal
payments as in said contract provided for; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said city of Newport
Beach that said automobile be purchased for the police department
of the city of Newport Beach.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor of the
city of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk of saidcity be, and
they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Conditional Sales Contract, on behalf of the city of Newport
Beach.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the city of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 2nd day of July, 1934, by the following vote, to —wit:
