A Tax Deed under Section 3897D of the Political Code
dated the let day of February, 1937, from J. C. Lamb, as Tax
Collector of the County of Orange, State of California, as party
of the first part, to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal
corporation of the sixth class, of the State of California, as
party of the second part, wherein said J. C. Lamb as Tax
Collector of the County of Orange, State of California, grants to
the City of Newport Beach, all that certain real property situate
in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
Calif(Drnia, described as follows:
