A Quitclaim Deed dated the 11th day of February,
19570 iron W. L. BARTOW and JEANNE A. BARTOWi, husband and wife,
to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation of the Sixth
Class of the State of California, remising, releasing and Quitclaim-
ing to the City of Newport Beach all that certain real property
situated in the City of Newport Beach, Orange County, California,
and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 22, Block 642, Corona Del Mar, as shown a
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records.of Orange
County, California.
"S presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHERkUPON, Councilman made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
