California, and more particularly described as follows, to-wits
Lot 8, Block 642, Corona Del Var, as shown on a Neap
recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange Countv, California,
was presented to the City Comoil of the City of Mewpert Beach,
California,

carried, that said quitclaim Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Heaoh, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith with the County Recorder of the County of Oranges State
