from B. 0. Hoppe, to the City of Newport Beach, a Munic'i'pal
corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitcla
ing to the city of Newport Beach all that certain real property
situate in the city of Newport Beach, Orange County, California,
and more particularly described as follows:
Lots 6, 8 and 10, Block 636, Corona Del Mar,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages
41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California
was presented to the city Council of the city of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, CoOmoilman %II. ' made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of
Newport Beach, and thF.t the Clerk be instructed to record the
same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
