property situated in the city of Fewport Beach,,County of Orange,
State of California, and described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 13, Block 133, Lake Tract, Newport Beach,
as shown on a map recorded in Book 4, page 13
of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California,
was presented to the City Council of the city of Neport Beach,
California.

carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
