A quitclaim Deed dated the 1st day of August, 1936,

from CITIZENS NATIONAL TRUST & SAVINGS BANK OF LOS ANGELES, a
5
National Banking Association, to the City of Newport Beach, a
6
Municipal corporation, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to
7
the City of Newport Beach all that certain real property
8
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
9
of California, and more particularly described as follows,

to -wit:

PARCEL A.

All that portion of Lot B, as said Lot B is laid
out and shown upon a map of Corona Del Mar, recorded in

Book 3, pa es 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records
of Orange County, California, described as follows, to -wit:

Beginning at the point of intersection of the south -
15
westerly line of Ocean Avenue with the southwesterly pro-
longation of the northwesterly line of Iris Avenue, formerly
16
known as 35th Avenue, as said Ocean Avenue and 35th Avenue
are laid out and shown upon said map of Corona Del Mar;

running thence South 390 381 Hest along the southwesterly
prolongation of the said northwesterly line of Iris Avenue,
18
170 feet; thence south 150 east to an intersection with the
line of ordinary high tide of the Pacific Ocean; thence
19
westerly and northwesterly along the ordinary high tide
line to an intersection with the northwesterly line of Lot
20
B, said line being the southwesterly prolongation of the
northwesterly line of Heliotrope Avenue, formerly known as
21
34th Avenue, as said 34th Avenue is shown on said map of
Corona Del Mar; thence northeasterly along the said north-

westerly line of Lot B to an intersection with the south -
westerly line of said Ocean Avenue; thence southeasterly

along the southwesterly line of said Ocean Avenue to the
point of beginning.

Beginning at the point of intersection of the
southwesterly line of Ocean Avenue with the southwesterly
prolongation of the northwesterly line of Iris Avenue,
formerly known as 35th Avenue, as said Ocean Avenue and
35th Avenue are laid out and shown upon said map of
Corona Del Mar; running thence south 390 38, West 170
feet; thence south 150 East to an intersection with the
line of ordinary high tide of the Pacific Ocean; thence
easterly along the said line of ordinary high tide to
an intersection with the southwesterly prolongation of the
southeasterly line of Jasmine Avenue, formerly known as
36th Avenue, as said 36th Avenue is laid out and shown
upon said map of Corona Del Mar; thence northeasterly
along the said southwesterly prolongation of the south-
easterly Tine of Jasmine Avenue to an intersection with
the southwesterly line of said Ocean Avenue; thence north-
westerly along the southwesterly line of said Ocean Avenue
to the point of beginning.
Parcel No. 2
All that portion of Lot C, as said Lot C is laid out
and shown upon a map of Corona Del Mar, recorded in Book 3,
pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous aps, Records of Orange
County, California, described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the most easterly corner of said Lot C,
which is the point of intersection of the southwesterly line
of Ocean Avenue and the southwesterly prolongation of the
northwesterly line of Heliotrope Avenue, formerly known as
34th Avenue, as said Ocean Avenue and 34th Avenue are laid
out and shown upon said map of Corona del Mar; running
thence southwesterly along the southeasterly line of said
Lot C to an intersection with theordinary high tide line
of the Pacific Ocean; thence northwesterly along the said
ordinary high tide line to the most 'southerly terminus
of the ordinary high tide line of the Pacific Ocean in
Newport Bay, as established by Court Decree Case No. 23688
of the Superior Court of the State of California, in and
for the County of Oran ge, a copy of said decree being
recorded in Book 185, page 363 of Official Records of
said County; thence north 60 471 49n west along the last
described ordinary high tide line to an intersection with
the southwesterly line of said Ocean Avenue; thence south-
easterly along the southwesterly line of said Ocean Avenue
to the point of beginning,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman Mtil%Dr, and
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
