A Quitclaim Deed bated t1ten'27th day of February, 1937; from
SUE D. SHAFER and ROY V. SHAM, wife and husband, to the City of
Newport Beach, a Uunicipal Corporation of the Sixth Class, and-
to-its successors and assigns forever, remising, releasing and qt-
claiming to the City of Newport Beach all that certain real prop-
erty situated. in the City of Newport Beach, Orange County, Cali-
fornia, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:-
Farcel 1. Lot Fourteen (14) in Block Tyree
Hundred Thirty -two (332) of "Corona del Mar', as shown
on a Idap recorded in Bonk 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscel-
laneous Maps, records of Orange County, California..
Pnreel 2 Lot Two (2) in Block Ftve Hundred Forty-
two (542) of Corona del Mar ", as shown on a 11ap ret(yrd-
ed in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous Kaps,. rec-
ords of Orange County, California, -
-- was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.

duly seconded by Councilman , and carried,
that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by 'said City of Newport Beech,
and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
