4 Uunicipal corporation of the sixth class of the State of Californi ,
5 remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
6 all that certain real property situated in the City of Newport
7 Beach, County of Orange, 9talbe of California', described as follows:

9 Lot 10 and the 8wly 10 feet of Lot 12, Block 435,
Corona Del Mar, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
10 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous VBaps, Records
of Orange County, California,
11 was presented to the City Council of the City of P ?errnort Beach,
12 1 California.
13 WHERL W017, Councilran CLAIRE, made
14 a motion, duly seconded by Councilman GORDON,
15 and carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by said. City
16 of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk be instructed to record the
17 same forthwith with the County'Recorder of Orange County,
18 California.
19 That said motion was carried by the following note,
20 to -wit:
