A Quitclaim deed from R. S. Briscoe and Prances V.
Briscoe, husband and wife, dated the 8th day of January, 1036,
to the City of Newport Beach, P.T'unicipal corporation of the sixth
cless of the State of 0 ,lifornia, remising-, releasing and euit-
claining to the City of iTetmort'Beach all that certain real
property situated in the City of ITerport Deach, County of Orange,
State of California, and more particularly described as follows:
Lot 36, Block "B ", Tract No. 673, Corona Del Mar, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 20, pages 17 and 18 of Miscellane-
ous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.

carried, that said quitclaim Deed be aooepted by said City of
Newport Dewch, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record the
