RESOLUTION NO. 1332-
Whereass there has this day been presented to the
City C uncil of the city of Newport Beach a certain lease dated
the � day of May, 1938, wherein the city of Newport Beach is
referred to as Lessor, and Gerald W. Ritchie and ¢ ;
Gordon,are referred to as Lessees; and
Whereas, said lease provides that the city of Newport
Beach leases to the Lessees Lot 3 in Block "D ", Tract 333,
Corona Del Mar, in the city of Newport Beach, Orange County,
Oalifornia, for the sum of $55.43, upon the terms and conditions
in said lease more particularly set forth; and
Whereas, the City Council of the city of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said city that said
lease be executed.
NOWT THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
City Clerk of the city of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
authorized, directed and instructed to execute said lease in the
name of and on behalf of the city of Newport Beach, and that the
City Clerk deliver a duly executed copy thereof to the Lessees
therein named, upon receipt of the consideration therein mentioned.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution
was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the city of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 2nd day of May, 1938, by the following vote, to -wit((:
