RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the
City Council of the city of Newport Beach a certain lease
wherein the city of Newport Beach is referred to as the
Lessor, and John Vilelle, is referred to as the Lessee; and
WHEREAS, said lease provides that the lessor leases
to the lessee the following described real property situated
in the city of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 6,
Block 218, as shown on a map of Section "B ", Newport
Beach, recorded in Book 4, page 27 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, California; running
thence Northerly along the Easterly line of Lots 2,
3 and 4 of said Block 218 to the Northeasterly corner
of said Lot 4; thence Easterly along the Easterly
prolongation of the Northerly line of said Lot 4 to an
intersection with the Northerly prolongation of the
Easterly line of Lot 7 in said Block 218; thence
Southerly along the Northerly prolongation of the
Easterly line of said Lot 7 to the Northeasterly corner
of said Lot 7; thence Westerly along the Southerly
line of said Lot 6 to the point of beginning.
and WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport
deems that it is for the best interests and benefit of said
City of Newport Beach that said Lease be executed by and
behalf of said City, upon the terms, consideration and conditions
therein set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and
City Clerk of the city of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby
directed, authorized and instructed to execute said Lease in
the name of and on behalf of the city of Newport Beach, and
that the Clerk deliver a duly executed copy thereof to the
Lessee therein named.

Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
