RESOLUTION NO.I�
WHEREAS, a certain Quitclaim deed dated the 5th day
of December, 1939, from the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal
corporation of the sixth class. to HAROLD CLIFFORD NORDSTROM
and E. NOVELLA NORDSTROM, husband and wife, as joint tenants,
with the right of survivorship, quitclaiming that certain property
situated in the County of Orange, State of California, and
described as follows:
Lot Seventeen (17) in Block Seventeen (17) of First
Addition to Newport Heights, as per map thereof
recorded in Book 4, page 94 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County. California.
was presented to the City Council of the city of Newport Beach;
WHEREAS, the City Council of the city of Newport Beach
deems that it is for the best interests of said City of Newport
Beach that said Quitclaim Deed be executed in favor of Harold
Clifford Nordstrom and E. Novella Nordstrom, husband and wife,
by the Mayor and City Clerk of said City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; That the Mayor and
City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach, be& and they are hereby
directed and authorized to execute said Quitclaim Deed on behalf
of the City of Newport Beach, and the City Clerk is instructed to
deliver the same to Harold Clifford Nordstrom and E. Novella
Nordstrom.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing
Resolution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the city of Newport Beach at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 5th day of
