A Grant Deed, dated the 15th day of December, 1938, from
J. F. Saner, a single man, to the City of Newport Beach, a
Municipal Corporation, granting to the said City of Newport Beach,l
the following described real property, to -wit:
All that certain real property situated in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, more particularly described as fol-
lows, to -wit.
The Easterly ten (10) feet of Lot Thirty (3.0)
in Block 13 of Section Four (4), Balboa Island, as
shown oa a Map recorded in Book 7, page 37, Miscel-
laneous Maps, Records of Orange County, Ca.lifoari.a.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman
and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forth-
with with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN
NOES, COUNCILMEN
ABSENT, COUNCILMENp.
I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true extract
