A Grant Deed, dated the 8th day of April, 19379 from
C. R. Ogg and Clarence R, Ogg, Jr., as joint tenants, to the
City of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation, granting to
the said City of Newport Beach, the following described real
property, to -wit:
All that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California,. more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to -wit:
The Easterly Ten feet of Lot 34 Block 13, Sec-
tion 4 of Balboa Island, for street pur-
poses only.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California,
WHEREUPON, Councilman 0.;V1 made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman
and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
forthwith, with the County Recorder of Orange County, California,
to -wit:
That said motion was carried by the following vote,
