3 0. L. .Young, also known as Calvert L, Young, and Ethel A. Young,
4 his wife, to the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation,
5 granting to the said City of Newport Beach, the following descri
6 ed real property, to -wit:
7 All that certain real property situated in the
8 City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, more particularly de-
g scribed as follows, to -wit:
10 The Westerly ten (10) feet of Lot Eight (8)
in Block 14 Section 4, Balboa Island; as
11 shown on a map recorded in Book 7, pager
37, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange
12 County, California.
13 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
14 California.
15 WHEREUPON, Councilman made
16 a motion duly seconded by Councilman
17 and carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of
18 Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same
19 forthwith, with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
20 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
21 to -wit:
