RESOLUTION UO.
"HEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
of.ivemort Beach, a certain agreement of easement, covering Lots
A, B, 01 D, E, F, G. H and J, as shoe7n on Record of Survey Lap,
recorded in Boo: 9, pages 42 and 43 of Records of Surveys,
County of Orange, California.; and
UHEREAS, said agreement of easement grants to the
Southern Counties Gas Company of California, a. corporation, a
certain easement to excavate for, install, maintain and replace
on the real property above described, gas pipes and mains.
iT01T, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOVIED, that the consideration
for said easement is adequate, just and fair, and that said
easement should be 5�ranted upon the terms, conditions and cov-
enents in said a.�reement of easement set forth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL11ED, that the Liayor and City Clerk
be authorized, directed and instructed to sign said agreement
of easement on behalf of the City of Fe7ilDort Beach, and that
upon the si;aing of the same, the clerk be directed to deliver
said agreement of ease-,nent to the Southern Counties Gas Coripany
of California, a corporation.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolu-
tion was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of We7pert Beach at a regular meeting there-
of held on the 3rd day of April, 1939, by the follo^inf vote,
