2 A Quitclaim deed dated the 19th day of January, 1940
• 3 from SUNSHINE LEORA LESTRANGE and WILLIAM JAMES LESTRANGE, husband
4 land wife to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of
5 the sixth class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City
6 of Newport Beach all that real property situated in the City of
7 Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
8 particularly described as follows, to —wit:
9 Lot 16 and the Northeasterly 25 feet of Lot 14,
Block 233, Corona del Mar, as shown on a Map
10 recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous
Maps, records of Orange County, California,
11 Lots 20 and 22, Block 435, Corona del Mar, as shown
12 on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
13 California.
14 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
15 California.
16 wREREUPON, Councilman e, made a motion,
17 duly seconded by Councilman � and carried, that
18 said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
19 that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
20 with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
