7 formzrly Ocean Avenue, in the Seashore Colony Tract in the city
8 of ds.:-,ort Beach as hereinbefore Ctescribed, and for that reason
9 no district ie ch %rgeable for cooto in connection therewith.
10 All of the herein proposed Mork rjh ^11 be done in
11 pursuance of an act of the Legiplature of the Str.:te of C aliforniaa.,
12 designated "Street Opening Act of 18893, e,nd amendments thereto.
13 For further particulars reference is hereby mzde to
14 s+=1d Resolution of Intention No. ?145, whioh is dated the 17th
15 day of March, 19419 and on file with the Clerk of the (.i:v of
16 Dle -wport Beech.
14 The Clerk of the city of "Kojiport Beech is herenith

19 in the office: of the County Recorder of the County of Orange, State
