3 WHEREAS, HAROLD B. ROBERTSON and HELEN R. ROBERTSON,
4 husband and wife, have this day offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
5 The sum of $250.00 for Lot 6, Block 430, Corona del Mar, in the City
6 of Newport Beach, as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41
7 and 42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California;'
8 and
9 WHEREAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
10 as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
11 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach
12 deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
13 property be sold for the said sum of $250.00; and
14 WHEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate and
15 is not disproportionate to the real value of the property above
1 described.

17 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
18 sold to the said Harold B. Robertson and Helen R. Robertson, husband
19 and wife, for the sum of $250.00, free and clear of all encumbrances,
$0 subject to the taxes for the fiscal year 1941 -42 and unpaid improve
$1 ment assessments of record. Also subject to conditions, restrictio s
$2 and reservations of record. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereb
23 authorized and directed to execute and deliver a deed for said
24 property to the said parties upon receipt of the consideration
25 above set forth.
26 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $62.50 be paid
27 to F. L. Andrews, as and for his commission for the negotiating
28 of the sale of said real property to Harold B. Robertson and Helen
S 29 R. Robertson, his wife, as joint tenants, said sum being a fair
30 and reasonable commission to be allowed in said sale and said
31 broker being a licensed realtor of the City of Newport Beach.

3 was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
t4 the City of Newport Beach at an adjourned regular meeting thereof
5 held on the 29th day of April, 1941 by the following vote, to -witP
