3 I 'nMREAS, TAZA .JAGPER, a married man, has this day
4 offered to the CITY OF NE'uPORT BEACH, the sum of 1150.00 for
5 Lot 21, Block 641, Corona del Liar, in the City of Ncr,•port Beach,
6 I as shorn on a Lap recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and. 42 0:''
7 Piscellaneous ifaps, records of Orange County, California; and
8 '+H7,REAS, the said price is a fair and adequate price
9 as and for the purchase price of said lot; and
10 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Neyport Beach
11 deems that it is for the best interests of said City that said
12 !property be sold for the said sum of x$,150.00; and
13 P;'IiEREAS, the price offered is just, fair and adequate
14 and is not disproportionate to the real value of the property
15 !above described.
16 O,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said property be
17 sold to the said Taza Wagner, a married man, for the sum of
18
$150.00,
free
and. clear of all
encumbrances, subject to the
taxes
19
for the
fiscal
year 1941 -42 and
unpaid improvement assess ents
of
20 record. Also subject to conditions, restrictions and reservations
21 of record. The 1a.yor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized
22 and directed to execute and deliver a deed for said property to
23 the said party upon receipt of the consideration above set forth.
24 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the sum of $37.50 be paid

negotiating

the
sale of said
real
property
to Taza 7agner, a

27 Isaid sum being; a fair and reasonable commission to be allowed in

(said sale, and said broker being a licensed realtor of the City
