RESOLUTION NO. 8�(0
A Grant of Easement dated the day of
1941, from the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal corporation, to
The Irvine Company, a corporation, granting to said Irvine Company
an easement or right of way ten (10) feet in width over, and along
that certain strip of land situated in the County of Orange, State
of California, and particularly described as follows, to —wit:
A strip of land ten (10) feet in width over and along
that portion of the North 10 feet of that certain unnamed
40 foot street or road adjoining the North line of Lot 1,
as shown on the map of the J. A. Day Tract, recorded in Book
4, page 50, of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County,
California, lying West of the west line of the land conveyed
to the Newbert Protection District by deed recorded October
28, 1910, in Book 194, page 72 of Deeds, Records of Orange
County, California.
together with the right to excavate for, install, construct, lay,
repair, replace, maintain, operate and use over and along the said
right of way a pipe line for the conveyance of water, and also
rights of necessary ingress to and egress from the same, over and
along the said right of way for the said purposes hereinafter
specified, was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach, California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman k made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman J�'T0(7 ":ZJ and
carried, that said Grant of Easement be made by said City of NUWVVA
Beach, and the Clerk instructed to deliver the same to the Grantee
therein named.
