RESOLUTION NO. ALI- a 9-
An Easement and right of way dated the 12th day of July,
1941, from Mary J. Hosmer and Chester C. Hosmer, to the City of
Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation of the State of California,
granting to the city of Newport Beach an easement and right of way
for the purpose of the construction of a bulkhead and the placing
of anchors and anchor rods, and certain filling incidental thereto,
in and over the following described land situated in the City of
Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and more
particularly described as follows, to merit:
Lot 8 in Block P of Tract No. 5180 and portion
of Lot M of said Tract No. 5180 adjacent thereto,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman QL-, it made
a motion, duly seconded by Councilman
and carried, that said easement and right of way be accepted by
the City of Newport Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the
same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,Californ
That said motion was carried by the f lowing vote,to -wit

I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true extract from
the minutes of the City Council of the city of Newport Beach at a
