3 WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
4 Council of the city of Newport Beach a certain Grant Deed, executed
5 by Mrs. H. B. Davidson, Mrs. Ida M. Brown and Miss Ethel Brown,
6 dated the 18th day of November, 1941, and covering all that certain
7 real property situated in the city of Newo ort Beach, County of
8 Orange, State of California, and more particularly described as
9 follow a:
10 Lot 18 in Block "B" of Tract No, 673, Corona Del
Mar, as shown on a man recorded in Book 20, pages
11 17 and 18 of Miscellaneous ,laps, Records of Orange
County, California,

13 WHEREUPON, Councilman k made a
14 motion, duly seconded by Councilman and
15 arried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by the city of Newport
16 each, and that the City Clerk forthwith record the same T,dth the
17 ounty Recorder of Orange County, California,
