A Quitclaim deed dated the 24th day of December, 1941
1 from VERNE M. EATON and CLARE M. EATON, husband and wife, to the
2 CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth class
3 remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach
4 all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
5 County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
6 described as follows, to -wit:
7 Lot 12, Block 729, Corona del Mar, as shown
8 on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
9 California.
10 was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
11 California.
12 WHEREUPON, Council an e; •s, dude a motion, duly
13 seconded by Councilman T and carried, that said
14 Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and that
15 the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith with
16 the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
17 That said motion was carried by the following vote,
