A Quitclaim deed dated the 3rd day of Uanuapy, 1942

from MILLIE M. CROSIER, to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal

corporation of the sixth class, remising, releasing and quit -
4
claiming to the City of Newport Beach all that real property
5
situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State
6
of California, and more particularly described as follows, to -wit:

Lot 11, Block 635, Corona del Mar, as shown
on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and 42
8
of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange
County, California
9
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
10
California.

WHEREUPON, Councilman ;o_ made a motion,
12
duly seconded by Councilman Toyer and carried, that
13
said Quitclaim deed be accepted by the City of Newport Beach and
14
that the City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith
15
with the County Recorder of Orange County, California.

That said motion was carried by the following vote,
