A Quitclaim deed dated the 5th day of January, 1942
from JULIUS FRANCHINI and GEORGIA FRANCHINI, husband and wife, to '
the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, a municipal corporation of the sixth
class, remising, releasing and quitclaiming to the City of Newport
Beach all that real property situated in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of California, and more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Lots 16, 18, 20 and 22, Block 536, Corona del Mar
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 3, pages 41 and
42 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman b,N*,VP, made a motion, duly
seconded by Councilman 1 and carried, that said Quit -
claim deed be accepted by thel City of Newport Beach and tint the
City Clerk be instructed to record the same forthwith with the
County Recorder of Orange County, California.
