RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLVED, that that certain alley twenty (20) feet in
width, adjacent to Lots 416 to 437 inclusive, and lying easterly
of Via Zurich, as said alley, lots and Via Zurich are laid
out and shown upon a map of Tract No. 907, recorded in Book 28,
pages 25 to 36 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
Orange County, California, be and the same is hereby declared
to be a public highway in the City of Newport Beach, and shall
be known and hereafter called "Circle Zurich".
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the above and foregoing Reso-
lution was duly and regularly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Newport Beach at a regular meet-
ing thereof held on the 6th day of March, 1944, by the
following vote, to -wit:
