3 WHEREAS9 C. 0. Nordin has offered the City of Newport Beacbg a
4 Municipal Corporation, the sum of$1,000 for a quit -claim deed of all the
5 City's right, title and interestin and to the certain real property situated
6 in the City of Newport Beach, Orange County, California, and more particularly
7 described as follows, to -wits
8 Lot 6, Block is of Tract 5199
City of Newport Beach.

11 WHEREAS, the consideration offered for said real property is, in the
12 consideration of the City Council of the C ity of Newport Beach, just, fair
13 and adequate and not disproportionate to the actual market valis of the
14 right, title and interest of the said City in and to said real property
15 heretofore described= and
16 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Newport Beach deems it to be
17 be for the best interests and benefit of said City that the City sell all
18 of its right, title and interest in and to the real property above - described to
19 the said C. 0. Nordin for the consideration of $1,00000;
20 NOW, TEEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clark of the
21 City of Newport Beach be, and they are hereby directed, instructed and
22 authorised to execute said deed in the name of and of behalf of the
23 City of Newport Beach.
24 I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and regularly
25 passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at a
26 regular meeting thereof held on the C day of February, 19+5, by the
27 followlag vote, to -wit:

gUIT CLAIM DEED
IN CONSIDERATION OF the sum of One Thousand Dollars, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, the City of Newport Beach, A
Municipal Corporation, of Orange County, California, does hereby
remise, release and forever quitclaim to C. 0. Nordin all the real
property situated in the City of Newport Beach, Copaty of Orange,
State of California, described as follows;
Lot 6, Block S, of Tract %8,
City of Newport Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the City of Newport Beach has hereunto
caused its corporate new to be eload and its corporate seal to
be affixed by its Mayor and City Clerk, thereunto duly authorised by
Resolution of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach.
