RESOLUTION N0. 176-A
MiEREAS, the City Attorney of the City of Newport Beach
has, in accordance with instructions of the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach, this day presented to the City of Newport
Beach, certain license agreement, yiherein the City of Newport
Beach, therein designated city, and Mc Cullah Bro$,therein
designated licensee; and
WHEREAS, in the opinion and judgment of the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach,-the consideration offered for the
granting of said license is in all respects fair, just and
adequate, and that it mould be for the best interests of said
City and the tax payers thereof that said license be granted; and
IMEREAS, said license agreement refers to the use of certain
piers wharfs and landings, etc., belonging to the City of Newport
Beach,
NOW, THZREF0!iE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor of said City
and the City Clerk thereof, be authorized, directed and instructed
to execute said contract in duplicate on behalf of the City of
Newport Beach, and that one executed copy of said agreement be
filed by the Clerk of said City in the files of said City, and
that the other copy thereof, duly executed by the City and said
licensee, be delivered to said licensee.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly in-
troduced and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach at an adjourned regular meeting thereof
held on the 14th day of May , 1945, by the following
