RESOLUTION NO.1 �9J
WHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach, a certain Grant Deed dated
May 22nd, 1945, from Mary B. Prins, wherein said Mary B. Prins
grants to the City of Newport Beach a right of way or easement
for the purpose of the erection, laying and construction of a
pipe line or pipe lines to convey sewage, together with man-
holes and appurtenances, with the right of going in, under and
over the premises hereinafter described for the purpose of re-
pairing, maintenance, and replacement of said pipe lines, man-
holes and appurtenances, in, over and under that certain real
property described as follows, to -wit:
A parcel of land six (6) feet in width lying three (3)
feet on each side of and adjacent to the following des-
cribed center line:
Beginning at a point on the Northwesterly line of Lot
22, Block 432 as shown upon the map of Corona Del Mar,
recorded in Book 3, Pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous
Map Records of Orange County, California, which point
is 4.69 feet Northeasterly from the most Westerly Cor-
ner of said Lot 22; thence running North 790 42' 15°
Egst 32.89 feet to a point in the Northeasterly line
of said Lot 22, which point is 21.01 feet from the most
Northerly corner of said Lot 22.
WHEREUPON, Councilman made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman ee and
carried, that said Grant Deed be accepted by said City of Newport
Beach, and the Clerk instructed to record the same forthwith with
the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
That said motion was carried by the
followiote, to -wit:

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a true extract from
the minutes of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at
a regular meeting thereof held on the 28th day of May, 1945.
