RESOLUTION NO
A certain quitclaim deed dated the 24th day of July,
1945v from THE STERLING COMPANY to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH,

a Municipal Corporation of the sixth classy remising, releasing
and quitclaiming to the City of Newport Beach, all that certain
real property situated in the City of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, and more particularly described
as follows:
Lot 22, Block 32, First Addition to Newport
Heights, as shown on a Map recorded in Book
4, Page 94 of Miscellaneous Maps, records
of Orange County, California,
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman Melt made a
motion, duly seconded by Councilman 1S � ell and
carried, that said Quitclaim Deed be accepted by the City of
Newport Beach, and that the City Clerk be instructed to record
the same forthwith with the County Recorder of Orange County,
California,
