RESOLUTION NO.�
A grant deed dated the 17th day of December, 1945,
from W. T. Jefferson, a married man, to the City of Newport Beach
a Municipal Corporation of the Sixth Class, granting to the City
of Newport Beach, all that certain real property situated in the
City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
described as follows:
All that portion of Lot 'A', Tract No. 919, as
recorded in Miscellaneous Maps, Book 29, Pages 31 to
34 inclusive, records of Orange County, California,
described as follows, to -wit:
Beginning at a point in the northwesterly
line of said Lot 'A', which point is
150.00 feet northeasterly of the north-
easterly line of the 100 foot right of way
of the State Highway; running thence south-
easterly along a line parallel with the
northeasterly line of said highway, 100.00
feet; thence southwesterly along a line
parallel with the northwesterly line of
said Lot 'A', 10.00 feet, thence north-
westerly along a line parallel with the
northeasterly line of said highway, 100.00
feet to a point in the northwesterly line
of said Lot 'A'; thence northeasterly along
the northwesterly line of said Lot 'A',
10.00 feet to the point of beginning.
was presented to the City Council of the City of Newport Beach,
California.
WHEREUPON, Councilman Allen made a motion, duly
seconded by Councilman Isbell and carried, that said Grant Deed
be accepted by said City of Newport Beach, and the Clerk instruc
ed to record the same forthwith with the County Recorder of
Orange County, California.

That said motion was carried by the following vote,
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen, Stanley, Isbell, Reed, Hall
