iiHEREAS, there has this day been presented to the City
Council of the City of Newport Beach a certain Easement Deed from
IRVII ?E BEACH AND COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, LTD., a Delaware corporation,
to the City of Newport Beach, wherein said corporation grants to
the City of Newport Beach, a Municipal Corporation,.a..perpetual
easement and right of way, for the construction, reconstruction,
inspection, repair, maintenance and operation, including all
structures and activities incident and appurtenant thereto, of a
sanitary sewer in that portion of Tract No. 1116 as shown on map
recorded in Book 36, Pages 19 and 20 of Miscellaneous Records of
said County, described as follows:
PARCEL 1: Those portions of Lots 123, 124, 125, 126 and
127 of said Tract No. 1116 lying within a strip of land
5 feet in width, being 2.50 feet on each side of the
following described center line:
Beginning at a point in the Southwesterly line of Lot 123
of said Tract No. 1116 distant North 750 101 4111 Vilest
thereon 100 feet from the Southeasterly corner thereof;
thence Northeasterly in a direct line to a point in the
Southwesterly line of Lot 124 of said Tract No. 1116,
said point being distant North 720 231 4411 Vilest thereon
85.46 feet from the Southeasterly corner thereof; thence
North 70 011 4211 East in a direct line to a point in the
Southwesterly line of Lot 128 of said Tract No. 1116 dis-
tant North 690 431 1411 Vilest 132 feet thereon from the
Southeast corner thereof. Excepting therefrom any portion
thereof within the easement, 10 feet wide, granted to the
City of Newport Beach and shown on map of said Tract No.
1116.
PARCEL 2: Those portions of Lots 126 and 127 of said
Tract No. 1116 described as a whole as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly corner of Lot 127 of said
Tract No. 1116, thence South 72° 331 4411 East along the
Southwesterly line of said Lot 127, 245.71 feet; thence
South 171 261 1611 Vilest 5 feet; thence South 721 331 44°
East 12 feet; thence North 171 261 1611 East 10 feet;
thence North 721 331 4411 Wrest 260 feet, more or less, to the
intersection with the Westerly line of said Lot 127; thence
South 70 481 3011 East 6 feet more or less to the point of
beginning.
Excepting therefrom any portion thereof within Parcel 1.
PARCEL 3: Those portions of Lots 100, 101, and 102 of
said Tract No. 1116 lying within a strip of land 5 feet in
width being 2.50 feet on each side of the following
described center line:

West thereon 71.23 feet from the most Easterly corner of
said Lot 99, excepting therefrom any portion thereof
within the 5 -foot easement granted to the City of New-
port Beach and shown on map of said Tract No. 1116.
PARCEL 4; That portion of Lot 101 of said Tract No.
1116 described as follows;
A strip of land 3 feet in width being the Noitheasterly--
3 feet of the Southwesterly 8 feet of said lot.
WHEREAS, the City of Newport Beach has accepted said
Easement Deed;
NOW, THEREFOR:, BE IT RESOLVED, that said Easement Deed
aforesaid be, and the same is hereby accepted by the City of New-
port Beach, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized, directed,
and instructed to record said Easement Deed immediately in the
office of the County Recorder of Orange County,,Calif ornia.
