HomeMy WebLinkAbout3415 - Purchase of Lot by Nick & Mary Suttoran L 0 1 2 3 RESOLUTION H0. � 4 t WHEREAS, Mary Suttora and Nick Suttora, husband and wife as tenants, has this day offered to the CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH, the sum of 3301,00 for Lot 11, Block 224, Section A, in the City of Newport Beach, as 4 11 shown on a Map recorded is Book 4, page 21 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of 5 Orange County, California; and 6 7HEAE©S, the said price is a fair and adequate price as and for 7 the purchase price of said lot; and 8 WHEREAS, THE City Council of the City of Newport Beach deems 9 that it is for the beat interests of said City that said property be sold for 10 'the sum of $3301,00; and 11 WHEREAS, the price offered to just, fair, and adequate and is I� 12 not disproportionate to the real value of the property above described. 13 1 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HESOLVED3 That said property be sold to 14 Ilthe said 13ARY SUTTORA and NICK SUTTORA, husband and wife as joist tenants, for 15 the sum of $3301.00, free and clear of all encumbrances, subject to sedond 16 half of 194E-1947 taxse only, Also subject to conditions, restrictions, and 17 reservations of record.
