1 NHERYAS, there has this day been presented to the City Council
2 of the City of Newport Beach, a certain deed of easement wherein the
3 grantor.. Harbor Investment Company, a corporation, grants to the City
4 Of Nevuort'Beanh, oertain easements and prroperty in and to the followinj
5 described real property locatod.1n.the City of Newport Beach, Orange
6 County, Califorsias.
7 'r All of the real and personal property, and mixed, as set
forth and described in the com ayance to City of Newport Beach,
8 ' dated July 1$. 1946, and recorded July 29. 19469 in Book 1428,
at page 476, of Official Records, in the office of the County
9 I Recorder of Orange County, California.
10 The description of the said property as not forth in said
conveyanco.is hereby incorporated herein, and made an integral
11 part hereof for all purposes as fully as though not forth herein
at length.

It is the intention of the parties hereto to place the
13 grantor and grantee herein in the identical position with
respect to the above described property, as the grantor and
14 grantee, respectively, in the conveyanoe incorporated herein
by reference, stood under the terms of said conveyance Ian -
15 ediately prior to March j, 1948,
16 NOW, TBEREBORN, BE IT RRSOLVIM that the City Council of the Oity of
17 Newport Beach accept said deed of easement* and property heretofore described,

and that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby instructed to record said dead
of easeaont* forthwith.
I hereby, certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly and regularly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport Beach at an
adjourned meeting thereof held on the 18th day of May, 19480 by the following
vote, to -wits
