to execute said quitclaim deed on behalf of the City of Newport Beach, and
the City Clerk is -instructed to deliver the same to'C, C. BARNHOOSE.
I hereby certify that the above and foregoing Resolution was duly
and regularly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Newport
Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on May 18th, 1948, by the following
